The Annual MSP 501 Identifies Industry’s Best-in-Class Businesses Growing Via Recurring Revenue and Innovation
In June 2023, Intech Hawaii has been named as one of the world’s premier managed service providers in the prestigious 2023 Channel Futures MSP 501 rankings.
Intech Hawaii has been recognized as a top-performing provider of managed services in the technology industry by the editors of Channel Futures. For the past 16 years, managed service providers (known as MSPs) from around the world have submitted applications to be considered for inclusion on this esteemed and definitive listing. The Channel Futures MSP 501 survey analyzes organizational performance through various factors including annual sales, recurring revenue, profit margins, revenue mix, growth opportunities, innovation, technology solutions supported, and company and customer demographics.
MSPs that are eligible for the list must undergo a thorough review conducted by the research team and editors of Channel Futures. The applicants are ranked using a methodology that considers their financial performance, commitment to recurring revenue, and operational efficiency, all in relation to their long-term health and viability.

This year, the list received an unprecedented number of applicants, making it highly competitive in the survey’s history. The winners will be acknowledged on the Channel Futures website and will be celebrated at a special ceremony during the Channel Futures MSP Summit + Channel Partners Leadership Summit, taking place from September 13-16 in Orlando, Florida.
The MSP 501 has transitioned from a ranking system to a community of innovative individuals dedicated to ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across various sized organizations in both public and private sectors. Currently, their services and technology offerings focus on meeting customer needs in areas such as cloud computing, security, collaboration, and support for hybrid workforces.
